Guillermo Aldaya Shape & Light

Guillermo Aldaya (Cuba, 1953). Cuban artist and poet, living in Brazil since 1991. I've been showing my work in solo and group exhibitions since I finished my studies of art in 1970, in Santiago de Cuba. My interest in photography is old, but my dedication to it is recent. Either way, one thing is certain: what is really important to me in terms of art, instead of the instrument or technique, is its ability to provoke the viewer. Art is experience. And there is no experience without prints.

Mika Altskan About City & Lights

Mika Altskan comes from Washington DC, USA. Born in 1993, Mika is a young, talented and ambitious photographer. He studied three years photography at Sitar Arts Center, working in a black room developing and taking black and white pictures. Mika is focusing in close shots of urban life. He loves to travel and enjoys discovering places out of the tourist path.
